Site acquisition includes all product types, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hotels. We counsel and establish your criteria, advise on the suitablility of sub-markets which may most benefit your business plan and attract the best employees, present all properties within the defined geographic target area. Next, we will arrange a tour of the best land sites and present all relative data. After further counsel, we will recommend making an offer with proposed business terms and conditions to obtain the best price and terms. After a property is under contract, we monitor the due diligence process to verify that the land is suitable for development and we try to uncover any hidden cost of land development We also provide guidance on rezoning land.

We are experienced in the marketing and sale of all types of commercial real estate, which includes, office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and hotels. With our CCIM affiliation, we have been trained to handle investment grade property, that are purchased for their monthly cash flow. Once we are hired we deploy a Fast Track Marketing Plan.
